I have spoken with and emailed many of you who have had the battery problem with the peticure elite. All of you have been so nice despite ...thank you.
I really wanted to do something positive when I created the peticure guard that made the groomers job better(and the pet);). This means a lot to me...
Again I apologize for the battery problem and I am burning the oil to fix it as fast as possible. It is something that fell on me without warning. I am looking at about a 45 days to get new good batteries from China. The Chinese have clearly identified the problem and are fixing it.
In the meantime for those who like the benefits peticure safe guard as so many of you have addressed, I have the guard available now that adapts to Dremel rotary tools. The Dremel 10.6 V lithium ion battery tool is very good and dependable. If you enjoy the benefits of the guard, this may be something that you are interested in. For those with this problem, I will take care of you.

You have done such a great job of scrambling to make things right with your Peticure, that I wanted to send you some positive energy.
I wish a great 2008 for you and that all your dreams of making a positive difference for pet owners and pet groomers come true, AND that you have a profitable year as well.
I cringe when I think of what you have gone through in December. To go from the ecstasy of bringing a new (and meaningful) product to market only to plunge into the depths of Hell with bad Chinese batteries compiled with poor customer service from the telephone answering system. Arghh. You poor people. Even though I have been a little tough on my own blog on behalf of my groomer friends,as a fellow vendor, my heart does go out. I would not want to be in your shoes right now.
You have done a fabulous job in responding to this crisis, and your actions could serve as a model for other companies. I hope to be able to soon report a complete turn around at Peticure. The ball has dropped, 2007 is history, and we wish you a grreat '08!
